Your First Hire: The E-commerce VA

Hiring Rule: Never hire for a role that doesn't yet have an SOP. You're hiring someone to follow your documented system. SOPs come first, then hiring.

The MEO Specialist Roles (As You Scale)

Customer Service Manager — Owns helpdesk across all channels
Inventory/Ops Coordinator — Manages 3PL relationships, reorders, and stock levels
Operations Manager — Oversees VAs and day-to-day operations when you have 5+ stores
